A couple weeks ago, the Essex-based Animal Health Company approached me about posting one of their super cool infographics. I love infographics. I could peruse them for way too much time than I’m willing to admit on Pinterest. So, I said heck, yeah I’ll post your infographic! This particular infographic is packed with important rules and guidelines for feeding horses, plus all the interesting horsey graphics that make it interesting to read and remember 😉
If you board with me, you know I’m a stickler for keeping a consistent schedule, not changing grain quickly, and keeping grain amounts consistent. I was happy to see these all made the list of rules! YES! I also really like the feeding guidelines down at the bottom of the infographic for certain diseases and disorders. For instance, this week I’ve been talking with a boarder about how to feed her ucer-prone horse! This information is so pertinent so my everyday life.
Maybe you’re a seasoned horse owner and you live by these rules too, but perhaps it offers some new information for a horse owner out there. OR, post it on Pinterest or Facebook for horsey newbies who could use some great feeding instructions! Enjoy! And thanks, Animal Health Company!
