I’ve already written about the cute horsey bag I gave away at Christmas, but today I wanted to show you the cute horsey bag I received at Christmas!
This was a gift from my husband, and it has a little story…
I took my girls to the feed store right before Christmas to pick up a few last minute gifts. While we were there I saw this cute black and pink back pack from Noble Outfitters! It was in the kids’ section and was priced at $23.00. I loved the size and the pattern inside the bag. A sales associate came over and asked if I needed anything. She saw that I was eyeing the bag, and said she bought one for her daughter for Christmas. I replied, and told her that though it looked like it was for young girls, I wanted it for myself! She looked at me kinda funny, so I put it back. I told myself I was there to buy gifts for other people, not buy things for myself. But, when I got home I kept thinking about how handy that back pack would be! I told myself I if it was still there after Christmas it was meant to be, and I would buy it. Am I the only one who does that?! I looked around online to see if I could order it someplace else in case it was gone. There was only one left, after all! I found almost every place that carried the back pack priced it much higher than $23!
That solved it. I had to buy it.
A couple days later my husband took the truck to the feed store to get a load of grain, and I gave him instructions to look for the back pack and buy it for me. When he got home he said it was gone, that someone else must have bought it. Whhhaaaaaaaaa! I was so disappointed.
But, that sneaky guy had bought it and wrapped it! I opened it on Christmas morning and I was so happy to see it! It was easily my favorite gift this year.
The Noble Outfitters Horsey Play Backpack boasts lots of neat little extras for being such a petite and affordable bag.
The pattern is fun and colorful inside. Perfect for a horse-loving girl, no matter her age. 😉
It was a place to write your name, and store a phone or IDs.
Inside the bigger zipper compartment, there’s a padded area in case you want to carry a tablet.
This little mesh pocket and elastic doohickey is for carrying a crop!
It would be perfect for helmet-wearing gals too, because the first zipper pocket is meant to store a helmet.
So far, I’ve just used it to carry things to and from the car for my kids. But, I’m sure I’ll be carrying it to the barn this spring and summer!
